Privacy Policy

Circle is an internal app for Circle Pro Audio staff. It puts the company's own tools — tasks, sales quoting and warehouse inventory — behind a single sign-in. It is not a consumer product, it carries no advertising, and it does not track you.

Who this is about

Circle Pro Audio ("we") operates the Circle app and the fromcircle.com services it connects to. Questions about anything on this page go to info@circleproaudio.com.

What Circle collects

Data	Why
Email address from your Google account	Identifies you to each of the company's systems, and is what work gets attributed to.
Name and profile photo from your Google account	Shown in the app so you can see which account is signed in.
Notification token for your device	Only if you allow notifications. Lets us send task reminders to this phone.
The work you do in the app	Tasks, quotes and stock records you create or change, stored in the relevant company system.

What Circle does not collect

• No analytics, usage tracking, or crash reporting SDKs. There are none in the app.
• No advertising identifiers, and no advertising.
• No location data.
• No contacts, photos, calendar or health data.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.

The camera

Circle can scan QR codes on job cards and barcodes on stock. Scanning happens entirely on your device, and the camera is only active while the scanner is open. Images are never saved and never leave the phone — only the decoded text (a job number or a stock code) is used, and only to open the matching record.

Face ID and Touch ID

If you turn on the app lock, the check is performed by iOS or Android. Circle is only told whether it succeeded. We never receive, see or store your fingerprint or face data.

Where your data goes

Circle talks to two places, and no others:

• Circle Pro Audio's own servers at tasks.fromcircle.com, sales.fromcircle.com and inventory.fromcircle.com, which we run and control.
• Google, to sign you in. Google acts as the identity provider and confirms to us that you are who you say you are. Their handling of that is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to any other third party. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.

What is stored on your phone

Circle keeps your name, email address and profile photo on the device so it can show who is signed in. The sign-in token itself is deliberately never written to storage — a fresh one is obtained each time the app starts, so a lost or stolen phone does not yield a usable credential from app storage.

Signing out removes the stored profile.

Who can use Circle

Circle only accepts Google accounts on the circleproaudio.com domain. If you are not a member of staff, you will not be able to sign in, and no account is created for you.

How long we keep it

Your account details are kept while you work with us and your account is active. Records you create — a task, a quote, a stock movement — are business records and are kept as long as the company needs them, including for tax and audit purposes.

When someone leaves, their access is revoked. Their name may remain attached to work they did, because removing it would falsify the record.

Your choices

• Notifications — decline them, or turn them off later in your phone's settings. Everything else still works.
• Camera — decline it. Only the scanner stops working.
• App lock — on by default where the device supports it; can be turned off in the app.
• Access, correction or deletion — email info@circleproaudio.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep.

Children

Circle is a workplace tool for our own staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we collect or why, we will tell staff directly.
